Cowboy Ag Finance, LLC was established in 2010 by Scott R. Prusia after a 24-year career in banking. His vision was to provide credit consulting services to clients in the agricultural and agri-business sectors, ensuring they obtain the most competitive and modern loan products available today. With the rapidly changing commodity and real estate markets of today, Cowboy Ag Finance, LLC helps its clients to eliminate the stress and anxiety common in today's credit markets.
Scott R. Prusia, Owner and Managing Member
Prior to establishing Cowboy Ag Finance, LLC, Scott worked in the banking industry since his graduation from the University of Nebraska - Lincoln with a BS in Finance in 1987. His career in banking started in Nebraska and later took him to Wyoming. He has worked with customers, both small and large, in the Midwest and Western United States, with an emphasis on the agricultural and agri business sectors. Scott also owns Prusia Cattle Co., which feeds cattle in Wyoming and Nebraska, and runs cows in Nebraska. Scott has been active in numerous civic and trade organizations, holding officer positions in many of them. He grew up on a farm/ranch in Western Nebraska, where his family still operates today. Scott's wife Michelle is the outreach administrative specialistat Eastern Wyoming College they are proud parents to their children, Nick and Shelbey. Nick is a senior associate at Kodiak Solutions and Shelbey is a website strategist at the University of Wyoming in Laramie, WY.
